Purchase Information
You can cancel an order before it’s dispatched. Once shipped, you can initiate a return once the item arrives.

Shipping is AED 14 per order. Orders over AED 150 qualify for FREE Shipping. (Within UAE only)
Generally, orders placed by 1 PM from Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Orders made after midnight on Saturday will be processed the next Monday.
All orders within the UAE typically arrive within 1-3 business days.

Orders & Returns
We aim for your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you’re not entirely satisfied, you can return it within 7 days for an exchange or refund.
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned for either an exchange or a full refund within the UAE.
If you’re unhappy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund in the UAE.
Just email hello@accuratesouq.com, and we’ll schedule a pickup for your return. Once the item is received in good condition, we’ll process a full refund to your account.
